The Finance Department

The Finance Directorate helps the Spending Officer (CEO) to discharge his mandate and responsibilities imposed on him by the Public Financial Management Act and its Regulations, the Financial Regulations of UGMC and best financial management practices in both public and private sectors. The Directorate handles all issues relating to the financial affairs of UGMC. It is composed of six departments namely

  2. Medical Claims and Receivable Department
  3. Budgeting and Management Accounts Section
  4. Fixed Asset Management Section
  5. Grants and Projects Accounts Section
  6. Payroll Section
