The Physiotherapy Clinic at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) provides comprehensive rehabilitation services that help individuals restore movement, improve physical function, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Our physiotherapists deliver evidence-based care tailored to each patient's individual needs, promoting recovery, independence, and long-term well-being.

We provide assessment, treatment, education, and rehabilitation for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, cardiovascular and respiratory illnesses, and age-related mobility challenges.

Using a multidisciplinary approach, our physiotherapists work closely with physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that support optimal recovery and functional independence.

Whether assisting patients after surgery, supporting recovery from sports injuries, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility following stroke, our goal is to empower patients to achieve their highest possible level of physical function.
