Mr. Francis Kyereboah is the Human Resource Director at the University of Ghana Medical Centre.

Mr. Kyereboah is a Human Resource expert who has served on a number of Committees and Technical Working Groups in respect of Human Resource for health at the Ministry of Health Headquarters level. He has thirteen years working experience in Human Resource Management.
Mr. Kyereboah holds two postgraduate degrees namely; Master of Business Administration-General Management and Master of Arts – Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast. With his broad knowledge on Human Resource Management, Mr. Kyereboah contributed to the Human Resource Policy formulation of the Ghana Health Service and Christian Health Association of Ghana. He is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) – Ghana.
He has worked as a temporary advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO) -Afro Office on Workload Indicators of Staffing Needs (WISN) and a beneficiary of Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Fellowship Programme in Performance-based public human resource management in South Korea.
