Dr (Pharm) Geraldine Adwoa Okyere is a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist with over 20 years of professional experience in hospital pharmacy practice, with specialised expertise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Pharmacy. She provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care for women and children, with a strong focus on medication safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based clinical pharmacy practice.

Her professional practice encompasses Women and Children Pharmacy, with a particular focus on Obstetrics and Gynaecology Pharmacy. She continues to contribute to healthcare improvement through clinical interventions, mentorship, training, operational leadership, and the promotion of safe and rational medicine use.

Dr Okyere’s professional and research interests include health systems strengthening and quality improvement, social and behavioural pharmacy, mental health and health-seeking behaviour, maternal and child health pharmacotherapy, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacovigilance, and drug safety.
