Her clinical practice involves the assessment, stabilisation, resuscitation, and ongoing management of critically ill patients across a range of acute medical conditions. 

She has expertise in emergency response, advanced life support, intensive care management, and collaborative approaches to critical care delivery. Through her clinical work and training activities, she continues to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of emergency and intensive care services. 

 

Professional and Research Interests 

Dr. Eszter A. Momade’s professional and research interests include critical care service development, the use of point-of-care ultrasound in emergency and critical care settings, medical education and simulation-based education, and strengthening health systems in resource-limited environments. 

 

Dr. Eszter A. Momade possesses expertise in advanced resuscitation and life support, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She is skilled in point-of-care ultrasound, ultrasound-guided vascular access and procedures, multidisciplinary critical care, medical education, and simulation-based training. 

She demonstrates strong clinical decision-making abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred emergency and critical care. 

 

Education 

Dr. Eszter A. Momade holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree. She is a Member of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (MGCS) in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (FGCS) in Critical Care Medicine.
