Work Experience
Mrs. Asiamah has extensive experience in nursing and midwifery leadership, education, clinical practice, and healthcare administration. She currently serves as the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), where she provides strategic leadership and oversight for nursing and midwifery services.
Before her current role, she served in various leadership positions at the 37 Military Hospital, including Senior Staff Nurse Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing Services, Infection Prevention and Control Coordinator, and Deputy Director of Nursing Services in charge of the Maternity Theatre. She has also served as a Principal Nursing Officer in charge of the Maternity Theatre, where she provided specialised perioperative nursing leadership and clinical supervision.
Mrs. Asiamah has contributed significantly to nursing education and professional development. She has served as Faculty Chair for Perioperative Nursing at the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives, an examiner for the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana, a tutor at the 37 Nursing and Midwifery Training College and Health Assistant Training School, and a facilitator for various clinical skills and professional development programmes.
She is also the Chief Executive Officer of SamJude Training Centre, a continuing professional development consultancy, where she supports healthcare professionals through training and capacity-building initiatives.
Throughout her career, Mrs Asiamah has contributed to improving healthcare standards through leadership, mentorship, infection prevention initiatives, clinical education, and the development of nursing and midwifery professionals.

Education
Mrs. Judith Naa-Klorkor Asiamah holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an Advanced Diploma in Nursing Management from Sheba Medical Center, Israel.
She obtained an Advanced Diploma in Perioperative Nursing from the Perioperative Nursing Training School, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, and is a State Registered Midwife from the Midwifery Training School, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi. She is also a State Registered Nurse trained at the 37 Military Hospital Nursing Training School, Accra.
