Monitoring and Inspection visit by The Right to Information Commission (RTIC)
RTIC officers will inspect UGMC's compliance with the Right to Information Act on July 17, 2024, starting in conference room A.
In line with the Right To Information Commission’s (RTIC) mandate to ensure that all public institutions and relevant private bodies comply with obligations under the Right to Information Act, 2019 (Act 989), officers of the Enforcement, Investigations and Compliance Unit of the RTIC will be visiting the UGMC on the Wednesday, 17th July 2024 for inspection, monitoring and evaluation of the centre about UGMC's compliance to the provisions of the Right to Information Act. They will be welcomed at conference room A, before the commencement of the inspection exercise.
