The UGMC Board

Dr. Emmanuel Kweku Atua Asante is a Consultant Urologist who graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1998 and had his housemanship at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital from 1999 to 2000. 

Dr. Asante undertook an internship programme  at the Sheba Medical Centre (the leading medical centre in the Middle East in Tel Hoshimer, Israel).

With over 10 years of post specialization experience and a special interest in Endourolgy and Stone disease, Dr. Asante is a member of the Ghana Urological Surgeons Association and the American Urological Association. He is also a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons -Urology-division. 

He speaks English, Twi, and Ga.
