Dr Sena Dei-Tutu

Dr. Sena Dei-Tutu is a lawyer and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law. She has over 25 years of experience working on Rule of Law, security sector reform and gender issues in the West African sub-region.
Dr. Dei-Tutu began her working life in 2007 with the United Nations Mission in Liberia where she worked for 8 years in the Rule of Law division as a Judicial Affairs Officer, and finally, as the head of the Legal Education and Training Unit, where she served as a lead Trainer in the Rule of Law Division of the Mission on all Justice, Rule of Law and gender issues. She moved to Ghana in 2015 to work as a Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law.
In December 2018, Dr. Dei-Tutu was appointed by the African Union to work as the Senior Rule of Law Expert with the African Union Technical Support Team to The Gambia. She returned to the University of Ghana in 2020, where she continues to lecture till date.
