What is included in the registration fee?

In-person registration includes access to all sessions, workshop materials, lunch, and refreshments. Virtual registration includes access to the available livestream sessions and digital materials.

Can I switch from virtual to in-person after registering?

In-person attendance is limited. Contact the organising committee to ask whether a change can be accommodated.

Are group or student discounts available?

No group or student discount is currently listed for this conference.

Will sessions be recorded?

Selected lectures may be made available to online participants. Availability will be confirmed by the organising committee.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable.

In-person participants

Come prepared to work on a real neonatal care challenge

  • Identify a pathway or care challenge from your NICU.
  • Coordinate with colleagues attending from your hospital or country.
  • Bring relevant local context, process information, or baseline data where possible.
  • Plan to present a draft improvement project to faculty on Day 3.
